June 11, 2022. De Havilland DH82C Tiger Moth, CF-CKC, on the apron of Bombardier's Toronto Downsview CYZD factory. Built in 1942, she was assigned to the R.C.A.F.'s elementary flight training school in Malton, Ontario. Now privately owned and based at a private airfield. Flown in for De Havilland of Canada's open house to honor the thousands of employees who had designed, built, and flown the generations of DHC aircraft produced at Downsview over the previous 93 years.
