The five are aboard jet N977GA that left RAF Mildenhall, Suffolk, England around 22:30 local time.
A second jet, N332MC, left at the same time.
Both aircraft are now bound for Westchester County Airport , New York.
The suspects are expected to appear in court in New York later today.
