Jet2 flight LS177 to Alicante had taxied at 07:15 when smoke alarms triggered the emergency.
The Boeing 737-800 aircraft, registration G-GDFJ, was evacuated via emergency shoots.
Early reports indicate that 4 passengers have suffered minor injuries.

It disappeared from our flight tracker systems at 07:45.
