Qantas Airways first A380 repaired and flying again

We’re delighted to see that Qantas Airways very first A380 is once again bound for Australia.

Qantas A380-800 VF32 Singapore to Sydney

The aircraft, named Nancy Bird-Walton, carries  registration number VH-OQA and is flying from Singapore to Sydney.

This is the same aircraft that suffered a massive engine failure  of one of the aircraft’s four Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engines grounding all A380s back in November 2010.

Since then the Airbus A380-800 aircraft, , has undergone extensive repairs totaling around $A139 million.

The flight left Singapore late Saturday evening (Singapore time).

Around 18 months late QF32(QFA32) is expected back in Sydney at 09:20 local time Sunday morning.
